S400? I recall the Israelis airlifted an entire Russian radar system from Egypt and passed it on to the Americans. Stealing the control system for the S400 should be a breeze if they haven’t done it already.
That said, just like Hamas only uses its tunnels to protect Hamas and not the people of Gaza, Russia controls every single S400 system on Syrian soil and the purpose is to protect Russian bases. They aren’t likely to give Assad the keys and let him drive.
