One saw on TV serious and heavily armed Israeli Druze surrounded by other Druze warning the culprits that unless the body was safely tranfered to them they would give no mercy to the inhabitants of Jenin. Clearly said people took the message rather more seriously than recent IDF actions there. But to be fair IDF works under different rules, principals laws and international scrutiny like resident BBC journalists
