Trina Braxton

Washington D.C.[USA], Dec 23 (ANI): American singer Trina Braxton revealed that her ex-husband, Gabe Solis, has passed away at the age of 43.
Taking to her Instagram, Braxton shared a photo of herself with Solis and their two sons. She confirmed his death in a long caption about Solis and explained that she was breaking her silence about it because news of his death broke before many people in their family were notified.
“On December 20, 2018, a chapter permanently closed for my sons and I,” she began. “For over 16 years, Gabe Solis was an essential part of our lives. Like all families, there are good and bad moments that are endured, but those moments, good or bad still made us who we are in the present.”

“Unfortunately, someone leaked the story before we could make everyone aware of his passing, and I apologize to those friends and family members for finding out through social outlets. I also apologize directly to the Solis Family,” she continued.
According to TMZ, Solis died while battling cancer.
Braxton and Solis got married in 2003 but split ways in 2015. They opened up about their marriage and family in an extremely candid discussion in March, during an episode of ‘Iyanla: Fix My Life’ with life coach Iyanla Vanzant. (ANI)

Will Ferrell

Washington D.C. [USA], Dec 23 (ANI): Will Ferrell’s ‘Elf’ can give us Christmas feels any time of the year. And 15 years after the film’s release, our favourite ‘Buddy’ has revealed the one scene that still makes him cry.
In a recent interview with Rotten Tomatoes, the 51-year-old opened up about one of the most emotional moments of the plot when towards the end, a crowd of people gather in Central Park and sing Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.
“I knew it was working at that moment where Buddy is in the back of the sleigh and everyone’s singing in Central Park and there’s enough Christmas spirit to get it lifted off, and he’s waving goodbye,” Ferrell shared, as reported by People magazine. “I’m like, Oh I can’t let everyone see m cry here at my own movie.'”
Not just this, the actor also made another revelation that the iconic scene where Buddy shouts “Santa! I know him!” wasn’t actually in the script – it was improvised.
“That was just my articulation of Buddy literally taking that piece of news at face value and [thinking] what would be his literal reaction,” said the ‘Anchorman’ star. “A man without a country in this strange land finally getting to see someone he knows really well – it would be the most jubilant reaction ever.” (ANI)

How much more freedom do you need: Anupam Kher to Naseeruddin Shah

Anupam Kher, Naseeruddin Shah

New Delhi [India], Dec 22 (ANI): “How much more freedom do you need in a country,” actor Anupam Kher asked Naseeruddin Shah over his recent remark on Bulandshahr violence.
Speaking to ANI, Kher said, “There is so much freedom in the country that you can abuse the army, badmouth the air chief and pelt stones at the soldiers. How much more freedom do you need in a country?”
Kher also stated that what Shah said was his personal view and not the truth.
The controversy started after a video emerged on social media on which Shah can be heard saying: “At many places, the death of a cow is being given more importance than the killing of a policeman. I feel anxious for my children because tomorrow if a mob surrounds them and asks, ‘Are you a Hindu or a Muslim?’ they will have no answer. It worries me that I don’t see the situation improving anytime soon.”
The video was put online by the Karwan-e-Mohabbat India on Monday.
The 68-year-old actor, who has been criticised by various sections of the country, has lately been in the eye of the storm after he claimed that Indian skipper Virat Kohli is the world’s “worst behaved player.” Shah also took a jibe at him by saying that he has no intention of leaving the country.
