Stop us if you’ve heard this one before, but Bill Murray is repeating his days.
The actor went to see the “Groundhog Day” musical on Wedesday night, which is exactly what he did on Tuesday night too.
The musical, with music and lyrics by Tim Minchin and a book by Danny Rubin (who also wrote the movie), follows Phil Connors, a Pittsburgh weatherman who finds himself repeating Groundhog Day in Punxsutawney, Pa.
Murray played the TV newscaster in the 1993 movie that originated the role.
The musical opened in April at the August Wilson Theatre and was nominated for seven Tony Awards, including best musical, best performance by a leading actor in a musical and best score.
